We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can take advantage of itright of withdrawalor request a return according to the conditions below.

2. Reflection period (right of withdrawal)

  1. You have the right to enter14 days after receiptof your order to terminate the agreement without giving reasons.

  2. The withdrawal period has expired14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the product.

  3. To exercise this right, you can send an email toinfo@alarmsysteemthuis.nlstating:

    • Your name

    • Order number

    • Product(s) you want to return

    • Date of order and receipt

We will then send you the return instructions.

3. Conditions for returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The product is located in theoriginal conditionand – if reasonably possible – in theoriginal packaging.

  • All supplied accessories, manuals and parts are present.

  • The product isnot damaged, mounted or used.

If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, we candepreciationcharge.

4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The following products cannotare returned:

  • Products thathygienic or safety reasonscannot be returned and the seal has been broken.

  • Customized products or items specially ordered for the customer.

  • Digital downloads or software licenses (if applicable).

5. Returns procedure

  1. Register your return within 14 days viainfo@alarmsysteemthuis.nl.

  2. After approval, you will receive return instructions and return address by email.

  3. Pack the product well (preferably in the original box) to prevent transport damage.

  4. Send the package via a traceable shipping method (e.g. PostNL or DHL).

  5. Thereturn shipping costsare borne by the customer, unless stated otherwise.

6. Return assessment

After receiving your return shipment, the product will be checked for:

  • Completeness

  • State of use

  • Any damage

We will inform you by email as soon as the return has been processed and approved.

7. Refund

  • If the return shipment is received in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount (including any standard shipping costs).14 daysback.

  • We use for refundsame payment methodas you paid, unless otherwise agreed.

  • If only part of the order is returned, shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • We may wait with the refund until we have received the product or until you can prove that the product has been returned.

8.Exchange

Do you want to exchange a product for another model or type
That's no problem. Submit your exchange request viainfo@alarmsysteemthuis.nl.
The return costs are at your expense, unless it concerns an error on our part.

9. Damaged or incorrectly delivered product

Is your product damaged or incorrectly delivered
Report thiswithin 48 hoursafter receipt viainfo@alarmsysteemthuis.nlwith clear photos of the damage or the wrong product.
We will provide a replacement or solution free of charge.

10.Shipping Liability

The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it is received by us.
We always recommend the packageregistered and with trackto send.
Unstamped or insufficiently stamped returns will not be accepted.
