2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from AlarmsysteemThuis.nl and to every distance contract concluded between AlarmsysteemThuis.nl and the consumer.
By placing an order, the customer accepts these conditions.

3. The offer

  1. The offer on our website is without obligation.

  2. AlarmsysteemThuis.nl reserves the right to change prices or adjust the offer.

  3. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind AlarmsysteemThuis.nl.

  4. All images, specifications and data in the offer are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or termination of the agreement.

4. The agreement

  1. The agreement is concluded when the consumer has placed an order and received a confirmation by e-mail.

  2. AlarmsysteemThuis.nl can – within legal frameworks – check whether the consumer can meet his payment obligations.

  3. If AlarmsysteemThuis.nl has valid reasons not to accept an order, it can refuse the agreement or impose additional conditions.

5. Right of withdrawal (reflection period)

  1. The consumer has the right to enter14 days after receiptof the product to terminate the agreement without giving reasons.

  2. During this period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care.

  3. The consumer can only return the product in its original condition, complete and – if reasonably possible – in the original packaging.

  4. The return costs are borne by the consumer, unless stated otherwise.

  5. After receiving the return shipment, AlarmsysteemThuis.nl will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method.

Exception:Products that cannot be returned for hygienic or safety reasons if the seal is broken are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

6. Prices

  1. All prices are stated in euros and include VAT.

  2. Shipping costs are clearly stated at checkout.

  3. AlarmsysteemThuis.nl is not liable for price errors due to technical or human errors.

7. Payment

  1. Payment can be made via the payment methods offered on the website.

  2. The order will only be processed after payment has been successfully completed.

  3. If payment is not made, AlarmsysteemThuis.nl reserves the right to terminate the agreement.

8. Delivery and execution

  1. AlarmsysteemThuis.nl strives to ship orders within 1 to 3 working days.

  2. Delivery takes place at the address specified by the consumer.

  3. If delivery is delayed or a product is not in stock, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible.

  4. The risk of damage or loss of products lies with AlarmsysteemThuis.nl until the moment of delivery.

9. Warranty and Conformity

  1. AlarmsysteemThuis.nl guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement, the stated specifications and the reasonable requirements of reliability.

  2. The legal warranty applies in accordance with Dutch law.

  3. The warranty does not apply to damage due to incorrect use, negligence, or self-performed repairs.

10. Complaints procedure

  1. Complaints about the implementation of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described within a reasonable period to AlarmsysteemThuis.nl viainfo@alarmsysteemthuis.nl.

  2. The consumer will receive a substantive response within 14 days of receipt of the complaint.

  3. If the complaint cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, the consumer will be informed about this with an indication of the period within which a solution can be expected.

11. Liability

  1. AlarmsysteemThuis.nl is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost profits.

  2. The liability of AlarmsysteemThuis.nl is in all cases limited to the amount of the order.

  3. The customer is responsible for the correct installation and use of the alarm system, unless installation is explicitly carried out by AlarmsysteemThuis.nl.

12. Force majeure

AlarmsysteemThuis.nl is not obliged to fulfill its obligations in the event of force majeure, such as: disruptions, strikes, government measures, delays at suppliers or transport problems.

13. Privacy and data protection

AlarmsysteemThuis.nl handles personal data with care.
All data is processed according toGeneral Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

14. Intellectual Property

All texts, images and logos on AlarmsysteemThuis.nl are the property of R.R.Z Ecom and may not be used, copied or distributed without written permission.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

  1. Dutch law applies exclusively to all agreements.

  2. Disputes can be submitted to the competent court in the district of Roosendaal (the Netherlands).
